Policy innovation needs a shared evidence base.
The Africa Blockchain Research Conference brings together regulators, policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders from across Africa and Europe for a day dedicated to evidence-based blockchain policy and governance.
This conference is the centrepiece of a Swiss–Namibian research partnership built to close Africa's blockchain regulatory gap, connecting Namibia's own regulatory experience with global best practice. Every session contributes toward an open-access Blockchain Policy Knowledge Base for Africa.
